Our policies.

Booking:

All clients are required to place a credit card on file at the time of scheduling service(s). 

Cancellation:

We respectfully request a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No Show behavior will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s). If you are later than 10 minutes for your appointment, we cannot guarantee your full service(s) will be completed. 

Redo:

Clients have 48 hours to contact us in the event they are dissatisfied with their service. Color clients may be subject to additional cost of color.
